Hiking in Cresent, IA

There were tons of butterflies hanging out on the rocks.

Daniel seemed to be enjoying himself.

This was our first time hiking with Daniel. Cory started off carrying him, and then we used the carrier - in front and back to test it out.

Daniel at Four and Five Months

Daniel did fine in the Johnny Jump Up at first, but he just wanted to chew on it. :)

We got Daniel a little life jacket at a garage sale; he didn't like it too well. We have yet to try it out for real.

These are some of Daniel's first attempts with food. He did great with his cereal, but we learned that frozen green beans don't make good baby food.

Our first try in the high chair.

We went on a fishing trip to a Fremont pond. Daniel slept for about two hours in the car seat as mommy walked around the pond.

Fun in grandma and grandpa Lutterman's backyard pool.

Happy with grandpa Lutterman by the pool.

Fun at the Omaha Zoo. This sunbear was showing off for us!

Cuddling on the couch watching Couple's Retreat.

Easter Time

I wasn't able to enjoy dinner with the family for Easter, but I did get to be there for the backyard fun!

Reese and Liam hunting for eggs in the backyard! They found them all. :)
